Jazz string ensemble

StringTing is a diverse ensemble of string musicians who play a wide range of genres.
Ensembles range from solo musicians to a 15-piece orchestra.
There are 3 core members of StringTing representing each instrument - Violin, Viola & Cello, who have studied jazz improvisation and been mentored by Gary Crosby OBE. They regularly perform their own compositions & original arrangements as a trio.
StringTing was established in 2016 by Gary Crosby OBE as a trio and has grown over the years to a 15-piece orchestra.
The Fitzgerald Quartet
Black female String Quartet

The Fitzgerald Quartet is a black female String Quartet who are available for events, sessions and weddings up and down the country.
They are the string quartet for Brit's award-winning artist Celeste, being involved in the John Lewis Christmas Advert 2020 and a live performance of the "Trial of the Chicago 7's" soundtrack - "Hear my voice". As a quartet they have performed arrangements by Daniel Pemberton, performed at venues including Union Chapel, and arranged music for Celeste's BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.

The Steve Williamson Experience
The Steve Williamson Experience (TSWE) is a group formed by the acclaimed saxophonist himself. Steve writes his music with the specific members of his band and StringTing's core members in mind.
Performing at the Purcell Room in London 2019 they received a 4* review from the Financial Times. TSWE received international press coverage being mentioned in Straight No Chaser magazine, on BBC Radio, Resonance FM and Worldwide FM by broadcasters including Soweto Kinch while it proceeded on a nationwide tour.
